PicChase support

Most joining and synchronization problems can be solved by checking the game code, network connection, and app version. If not, contact us and include only the details needed to investigate.

Cannot join a game

Confirm all six game-code characters, make sure the host has not ended the game, and verify that the device has internet access. Ask the host to share the code again instead of guessing similar characters.

Photos or progress are not updating

Keep PicChase connected to the internet and allow a short moment after service returns. Do not end the game until devices have reconnected and synchronized.

Purchase is missing

Use the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase and look for the app’s restore-purchase option. Never email payment-card details.

Report a problem

Email [email protected] with the device platform, app version, approximate time, and game code if it is still relevant. Do not attach sensitive or inappropriate photos unless support specifically asks for a safe example.
